VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – Some of the painting and manufacturing processes require great attention to detail and precise timings so ask that visits to my workshop are by appointment only except for simple deliveries.
Whilst I will try to accommodate any request, my preference is for appointments to be within the following timeframes: Monday to Friday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
SHIPPING: I do work for clients all over Australia. Australia Post provides economical parcel deliveries. It is important to ensure the frame is prepared adequeately for shipping to avoid further damage such as through use of fork-end supports and protective wrapping.
TIME FRAMES: Time frames vary from job to job and seasonal demands. As a guide most paint jobs would be done within 4 – 6 weeks. Simple repairs can often be done in an appointment or soon after. A priority system is available for a 20% surcharge. In all cases I will attempt to meet your needs if these are made clear when ordering.
